The instruments used in the FASTER Laboratory provide the possibility to take measurements. These measurements are at 12-week intervals are carried out:
the same tasks, exercises and conditions are performed by the players in the same measurement. The evaluation is prepared in graphical and Excel spreadsheet format for parents and associations. The results of the exercises performed will show where the players are placed in the ranking of the exercise.
The resulting data is used as information: it shows the performance of the player (the person who has the data MUST realize if a given player is in a GAME, if he is coming back from a SURPRISE, if he is in a GROWTH PHASE, which can support the results)
These measurement processes are already available as a database for clubs in Western Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Belgium) and can be compared with the performance of an athlete of a given age and possibly in a given position.
